Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to re-upholster the seating in the Main Theater at the Tempe Center for the Arts (TCA), located at 700 W. Rio Salado Parkway in Tempe, Arizona. The firm selected will be responsible for replacing the upholstery on 602 seats in total, specifically focusing on the seat bottoms only. TCA staff will be responsible for removing the existing seat bottoms and re-installing the completed seat bottoms. Awarded firm will be responsible for pick-up and return of seat bottoms to the TCA.
