Request for Qualifications for the City of South San Francisco Architectural, Engineering and Other Professional Services On-Call Services Thru Fiscal Year 2028

The City of South San Francisco (City) Public Works Department invites qualified consulting firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Architectural, Engineering & Other Professional Services On-Call Services to support the successful planning, design, and implementation of capital improvement, maintenance projects, and general municipal engineering support. The selected firms will enter into an On-Call professional services agreement to provide technical expertise within defined service areas. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to establish a qualified pool of consultants to be called upon for services on an as-needed basis thru fiscal year 2028.
