LEASING OF AERONAUTICAL SPACE AT 485 CAYUGA ROAD, CHEEKTOWAGA, NEW YORK

Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified and responsible entities interested in entering into a Lease and Operating Agreement, if required, for the use of aeronautical facilities located at 485 Cayuga Road, Cheektowaga, New York 14225 (the “Premises”). The available space includes the following:
• 26,673 square feet of hangar space in Bay 6
• 25,992 square feet of hangar space and 8,546 square feet of office space in Bay 7
• 84,687 square feet of apron space on a non-exclusive basis (the “Non-Exclusive Apron Space”)

PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on June 18, 2025, 11:00 AM EDT located at 485 Cayuga Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14225. Registration is required to attend the event. To register, email the designated procurement official by June 17, 2025, 10:00 AM EDT.
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
