Description: Enterprise Services intends to conduct a competitive procurement for Enterprise Services to purchase a comprehensive software technology solution that supports Asset Management, Work Order Management, and Capital Project Management. Enterprise Services manages and provides service to 42 state agencies, and maintains, operates, and preserves the 144-acre state Capitol Campus in Olympia, including more than 28 buildings, 18 public monuments, four state parks, and a 260-acre lake.
