HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration and Mechanical Equipment Services

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a qualified supplier(s) to provide either or all the following services on an “if and when needed” basis, as well as regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance services for Dakota Dunes Casino:

• Plumbing Services
• Refrigeration and Mechanical/Equipment Services
• HVAC Services

The detailed equipment listing is contained in the tender document.
The Scope of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”) involves the supply of goods, materials and services meeting the description and requirements as noted in the tender document.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by the supplier, quoted prices are deemed to include the costs of providing Plumbing Services, Refrigeration and Mechanical/Equipment Services, and HVAC Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance Services for the Dakota Dunes Casino (hereinafter referred to as “DDC”) in Whitecap, Saskatchewan.

The Bidder shall furnish all labour and materials including hardware, tools, and equipment, and shall include in its Bid Price all applicable taxes for such work, services and materials plus overhead and profit necessary for the total completion and acceptance of Work.
SIGA would like to obtain experienced commercial Journeymen certified and qualified to perform the Services for Dakota Dunes Casino (DDC) located at 204 Dakota Dunes Way, Whitecap SK S7K 2L2.
SIGA would like to retain these services for a period of two (2) years fixed pricing with three (3) annual renewal options for a total maximum term of five (5) years in the form of a Services Agreement. Final durations will be determined at award and at the discretion of SIGA.
