Purpose. The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to procure meeting space with audio visual equipment, lodging, meals and refreshments for DNR 2025 All Managers Meeting January 21-23 or 28-30, 2025 within the seven county Metro Area (Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Schott, and Washington for approximately 132 attendees as detailed in attached pdf SAMPLE contract in section Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1. Bidders will have the opportunity to bid on Option 1 which is a three-day event and/or Option 2 which is a two-day event. Excel spreadsheets are marked as such Option 1 and Option 2 - Bidders may bid on both if they so choose.
Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible to review and comply with all requests that may be required in this event.
DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications.
All questions must be directed to the buyer listed on this event.
DNR will only issue one purchase order per vendor. Payment will be made after all items have been received and approved. No partial payments
