Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the
Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) will be accepting sealed bids to Furnish
Refuse Collection Services at Various State and Federal Low Income Public
Housing Properties on Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii Island as follows:

The Invitation for Bids, Specifications, and Bid Offer Form may be picked up at the
HPHA Contract and Procurement Office on Oahu located at 1002 North School Street,
Building G, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 or downloaded at the HPHA website at
www.hpha.hawaii.gov beginning Thursday, April 30, 2026. Sealed bids must be
received at 1002 North School Street, Building E, not later than 2:15 p.m. Hawaii
Standard Time (HST) on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Public opening of bids will
commence at 2:15 p.m. HST on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at the Contract and
Procurement Office.

The HPHA will conduct a Pre-Bid Video Conference at 9:00 a.m. HST on Wednesday,
May 6, 2026. Please contact the IFB coordinator for video conference information.
Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Video Conference.
There will not be a site inspection following the Pre-Bid Video Conference. Please
contact the IFB Coordinator to set up a site visitation date.

The HPHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bids in whole or
