NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

HNH Airport Rehab

RFP Number 25243043

The Southcoast Region, State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DEPARTMENT), Division of

Preconstruction Services is seeking professional surveying services for Hoonah Airport Rehabilitation Survey project.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from April 30, 2024to December 31, 2024. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $250,000-$500,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available  and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK  99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than April 16, 4:00 PM prevailing time. Please be advised that none of the courier services (Fed-EX, UPS, etc.) provide overnight service to or from Juneau.  Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for receipt of expedited packages. Proposals may be submitted by email to: srdotpfcontracts@alaska.gov

Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTD number:  (800) 770-8973, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements.

If you download a Request for Proposal (over $100,000) from this page, you must register with the respective regional plans room to be placed on the planholders list for that project and to receive subsequent addenda.    Every effort will be made by the Department to ensure that Contractors receive all addenda when issued.  Addenda may be issued by any reasonable method such as mail, telefacsimile, express delivery service, and electronic posting to this website.  It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure that he has received all addenda affecting the RFP.  No protest will be allowed based on the offeror’s allegation that he did not receive all the addenda for a RFP.
