New Public Safety Building Bid Bid No: 062226-PSB Bid Read details.NOTICE TO BIDDERS
This bid is for the construction of the new Public Safety Building according to specifications, drawings and the bid document in its’ entirety, the submitting vendor should be fully qualified, experienced and insured in professionally completing projects of similar scale and scope. The project will be bid as a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Pricing) with an associated PLA (Project Labor Agreement). All interested parties shall indicate their interest to the Washington County Owner’s Representative: msgorman@naiburnsscalo.com, the Washington County Project Manager: joseph.bendik@washcopa.gov, and the Washington County Purchasing Team: randy.vankirk@washcopa.gov – dalton.thompson@washcopa.gov in a single emailed or written correspondence to receive the bid documents and drawings package in full. Vendors receiving documents are responsible for checking for contract changes and addenda with the contacts above. This notice and the tentative bid schedule will be posted at the Washington County website for review at www.washingtoncopa.gov/purchasing All bids must be in the format requested and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and specifications. Bidders shall submit their bid accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier’s check, bank good faith check, other irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond security in the amount of 5% of the total amount of bid and made payable to the order of “Washington County.” Washington County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bid offers. Interested parties may email any written request for information or clarification (RFI) to the Washington County Project Team as listed above. Any requests for clarification are due to be received no later June 5th, 2026. Inquiries will not be accepted orally or via phone. Requests for Information (RFI’s) will be distributed and responded to in the timeliest manner available and in question-and-answer form. Washington County will not be held responsible for any incorrect information obtained from any source other than from Washington County. Bid offers should be fully enforceable with valid pricing for a minimum of 30 days following the bid opening.
