The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to provide testing and perform maintenance on switchgear and electrical
equipment as specified herein, a thermographic report, automatic transfer switch and tie breaker service,
and fastening of rooftop solar panel cables at the DMV Headquarters for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.

The anticipated term for this Agreement is January 1, 2025 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through December 31, 2027.

The bidder must possess a valid C-10 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB).

Bids are due 11/20/24 by 11:59 p.m. and MUST be uploaded to the City Innovate platform linked above.

Estimated cost for this project is $432,250.00.
