DNR-230090, Wolfden Lake Dam Rehabilitation

This project is located in Scioto County at Wolfden Lake Dam, State Forest Road 25, Nile Township, Ohio 45663.

The project involves the rehabilitation of right downstream retaining wall at the dam and improvements to the access to the crest of the dam. Major items of work include:

• Installation of a steel stairway from State Forest Service Road 25 to the crest of the dam.
• Installation of a swale and drainage improvements adjacent hillside of the downstream retaining wall.
• Installation of riprap at the toe of the right downstream retaining wall.
• Installation of a movement monitoring system on the right downstream retaining wall.

All work is to be completed under a General Contract. Completion date for all work under this project is 6/1/2025.

The foregoing is for the purpose of acquainting prospective bidders with the amount of work involved in this project and is to be used as a guide in requesting documents for this project.
