Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – EMS equipment - #041823-STY
The County of Bergen, NJ intends to participate in the Sourcewell Contract Number:#041823-STY Stryker to purchase One (1) Lucas Chest Compression System with accessories

The County of Bergen, NJ anticipates joining this Sourcewell contract on 10-08-26. The current Source term for #041823-STY is 10/14/2024 to 06/30/27.
It is the intent of Peter J. Gerrity, Purchasing Agent, to make a contract award to Stryker pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Sourcewell RFP # 041823. The County of Bergen, NJ is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
