Summary

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Invitation to Bid is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Relocation of Handicapped Parking to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Invitation to Bid.

Background

Construction activities include, but are not limited to: clearing and grubbing, earthwork, new pavement installation, construction of new curb and ADA-compliant curb ramps, brick paver sidewalk reconstruction, installation of signing and pavement markings, removal of existing light poles and associated electric conduits, and adjustment of utility valve covers.
