Notice for a Family Violence Servies Demonstration Project - 06924D0001The Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence (ENDGBV) is creating a demonstration project for community-based Family Violence Services (FVS) to enhance service delivery for people experiencing family violence. ENDBV is seeking responses from qualified community-based vendors that can implement a program model to deliver family violence services that include: Case Management, Mental Health Counseling, Legal Services, Mediation, Wrap-around supports to meet other socio-emotional, and economic needs. Services will be provided in neighborhoods identified as having the greatest need for services. Programming must be accessible to marginalized subgroups within the selected neighborhood, such as immigrant populations and people with limited English proficiency, LGBQ, trans and gender non-conforming populations, and people with disabilities. To express interest in this Demonstration Project, organizations must have an account and an approved HHS Prequalification Application in PASSPort. Proposals and Prequalification applications will ONLY be accepted through PASSPort. If you do not have a PASSPort account or an approved HHS Prequalification Application in PASSPort, please visit www.nyc.gov/passport . Please submit your proposals by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab of PASSPort.
