Equipment Rental
Winter Snow Removal Contract
Sealed bids will be received online by Upper Gwynedd Township via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 10:00am on Thursday, October 10, 2025 for the following Equipment Rental:
5-Ton Dump with Plow & Operator
10-Ton Dump with Plow & Operator
15-Ton Dump with Plow & Operator
Rubber Tire Loader with Operator (One Cubic Yard Minimum)
All Bidding Documents are available at no cost at www.PennBid.net. This equipment rental contract runs from January 1, 2026– December 31, 2026.
Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid, made payable to Upper Gwynedd Township. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 15 days after the contract is awarded.
No bid shall be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after opening, during which the Township may review the Bids and investigate bidders’ qualifications. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
