Project Description: The Lower Perkiomen Valley Regional Sewer Authority (LPVRSA) is soliciting electronic bids via PennBid for the two-year Supply and Delivery of High Calcium Water Grade Quicklime to the Oaks Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Bids are due Monday, November 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM (local time).
Questions must be submitted through the PennBid “Messages/Vendor Discussions” tab no later than Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Each bid must be accompanied by bid security equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond.
