ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the CHURCH STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT will be received online via the PennBid Program, by HAWLEY BOROUGH, until 11:00 AM local time on November 6, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The Project consists of milling and paving of asphalt roadway and associated restoration on Church Street from the railroad crossing approximately 650 feet easterly toward Welwood Avenue.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
All bidding documents are available at no cost at (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.)
A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates.
