Project Description: This project generally consists of the replacement of the roofs, repair of roof framing, selective interior demolition consisting of the removal of interior partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring finishes, lighting, electrical wiring, and plumbing of the buildings at 34 Rainbow Drive in South Hilo. The demolition and renovation will involve the removal of hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead, arsenic containing material, mold and soil containing pesticides. Exterior work includes tree trimming and tree removal, installation of two underground injection wells with drain line connections. Provide carpentry, exterior painting, sheet metal work and insulation as part of the reroofing and all related work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
