Overview

Summary

The work under this project consists of the replacement of the existing Chiller #2 at the City of Norfolk Central Plant. This includes the removal of the exiting nominal 660 ton chiller and the installation of a new chiller (of similar size), new flow control devices and controls.

Background

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Wednesday, September 16, 2026 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/290264 Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
