Project Description: The City of Cincinnati is seeking proposals to replace the City’s existing failing, locally controlled master system with a fiber optic communications network to allow for the existing traffic signals within the project limits to communicate with DOTE’s Computerized Traffic Control System (CTCS). The design consultant is to design this fiber optic network and produce a detailed PS&E package which, upon completion, can be bid out for construction.
