SHIP Program Julio Cabrera

The Community Services Department is seeking quotations from experienced and qualified contractors to establish a pool of vendors for our Homeowner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program. Contractors selected for this pool may be awarded projects based on their qualifications, cost-effectiveness, and capacity to complete work within the required timeframe.

The scope of work for the Julio Cabrera project includes:

1. HVAC System Replacement and Duct Cleaning
2. Windows and Exterior Doors Replacement
3. Master Bathroom Renovation
4. Hallway Bathroom Renovation
5. Kitchen Renovation
6. Washer and Dryer Replacement
7. Interior House Painting
8. Installation of an ADA Stair Lift

The Selected Contractor is responsible for securing all applicable construction permits in accordance with local, county, and state regulations, including permits required for subcontractors. If the nature of the repairs necessitates the design, review, or certification of a Registered Architect or Professional Engineer, the Contractor shall include all associated professional services and fees within the submitted quotation.

This project is part of an ongoing initiative to improve residential properties under the SHIP Program.
