PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY — NO RESPONSES OR SF 330 SUBMISSIONS ARE REQUESTED AT THIS TIME
The Department of Commerce anticipates issuing a solicitation for architect-engineer services for the Office of Facilities and Environmental Quality (OFEQ), Building Management Division (BMD), intends to award up to three (3) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineer (A-E) contracts to provide comprehensive multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering services in support of renovation, modernization, repair, and infrastructure improvement projects at the Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB) in Washington, DC.
The anticipated NAICS code is 541330 (Engineering Services), and the applicable Product Service Code is R425 (Support-Professional: Engineering/Technical)
This acquisition is anticipated to be a total small-business set-aside.
The Government anticipates posting the project-specific solicitation on SAM.gov on or about September 18, 2026. The solicitation will contain the complete scope, evaluation criteria, SF 330 submission requirements, and response deadline.
A mandatory site visit at the Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB) is anticipated on or about September 21, 2026. Registration instructions and additional details will be provided in the solicitation.
Interested firms should monitor SAM.gov for the solicitation. The Government is not requesting SF 330s, proposals, quotations, capability statements, or other responses to this presolicitation notice. Submissions received in response to this notice will not be evaluated for selection.
