Central Park Landscape Enhancements - Phase 2

Project Description: Site and Landscape Renovations to include landscape/tree removal and replacement, lighting replacement, concrete replacement, site amenities, landscape curb, concrete curb, and lawn establishment/renovation.
The Housing Authority of the City of Allentown, PA, by virtue of its contract with the United States of America, acting through the Department of Housing and Urban Development, pursuant to the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, is hereby requesting bids for the Allentown Housing Authority Central Park Landscape Enhancements – PHASE TWO located at 683 N. Wahneta Street, Allentown, PA 18109.
Attention is called to all respondents that all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity requirements for federally assisted contracts must be complied with. Interested Firms are requested to respond by proposal submission (satisfying the requirements of this Invitation) on or before Friday August 14, 2026, at 10:00 A. M. prevailing time. Bids shall only be submitted electronically via The PennBid Program at www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com

The Allentown Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in bidding, and to withhold award for a period of sixty (60) days.
