Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District (GSD)
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible contractor to replace the chiller at Jim Bridger Elementary according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Attendance is required - WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2025 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time - See Project Manual document.
Expenditures over $50,000.00 require GSD Board approval. If the bid results are over $50,000.00, award recommendation will be presented at the 11/18/2025 board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given.
