NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Town of Nolensville is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced fireworks contractors for the 2025 Star Spangled Celebration. This event aims to deliver a safe, exciting, and visually stunning pyrotechnic fireworks display synchronized to an Americana-themed music soundtrack.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS is THURSDAY, APRIL 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM (Central Time). All proposals should be mailed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, Town Hall, 7218 Nolensville Road, Nolensville, Tennessee, 37135.A complete RFP is available on the Town’s website: www.nolensvilletn.gov. The envelope containing the Written Proposals must be sealed and addressed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, and plainly marked "RFP -Star Spangled Celebration Fireworks Show”. Proposals that do not adhere to these submittal requirements will be considered non-responsive. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed statements will not be accepted.

The Town shall reserve the right to reject any and all Proposals if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Town Recorder, Montique Luster, by email at mluster@nolensvilletn.gov. A final addendum, if issued, will be available on the Town’s website on or before April 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM (Central Time)
