Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of Library Services, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Contractor” to provide a consolidated notification system and marketing email system to provide patrons with better communication regarding their library account as well as library activities and resources.
The proposed notification system will need to integrate with the Library’s Integrated Library System (ILS), currently Innovative’ s Polaris, and will need to be capable of sending all applicable ILS notice types.
The proposed marketing email system is required to integrate with the Library’s ILS and have the ability to fully create and build marketing emails as well.
