It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to make an award for Thermographed Business Cards, Letterhead, Stationery, Envelopes, and Invitations for the various City agencies and departments as specified herein during the contract period. All quotes must be submitted through PHL Contracts no later than 10:30 AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will not be accepted after the bid opening. It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure that the quote is submitted on time.
