This refresh solicitation provides the opportunity to New Suppliers to qualify for the Occupational Health Professional Services Standing Offer.

New fully compliant suppliers will be issued Standing Offers and their names will be added to the existing Standing Offer Holder lists on the condition that they meet all of the requirements of the original Request for Standing Offer.

*PLEASE NOTE: Existing Suppliers are not required to submit an offer to this solicitation in order to maintain their current Standing Offer.

Description of Work:

The Public Service Occupational Health Program (PSOHP) has a continuing requirement for external Contractors to supplement the work of the PSOHP Health Professionals in the provision of health evaluations to federal government public servants. The PSOHP is a National Program with regional offices for service delivery. Health Canada (HC) is seeking services of suppliers in each of the following health categories below:

(a)        Laboratory (Laboratory Technician and Technologists)

(b)        Hearing Clinic (Hearing Technician or Audiologist)

(c)        Occupational Health (General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner)

(d)        Neuropsychology (Neuropsychologist)

(e)        Psychiatry (Psychiatrist)

(f)        Psychology (Psychologist)

(g)        Optometry (Optometrist)

(h)        Specialist and other licensed health professionals

Health Canada (HC) requires the service of the supplier in each of the medical specialty categories above to provide the following services, but not limited to:

(a)        Occupational Health Examinations

(b)        Laboratory tests (e.g. blood and urine)

(c)        Hearing tests

(d)        Vision tests

(e)        Vaccine Administration

(f)        Specialist Health Assessments, including Fitness to work assessments

A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:
