Project Description: The scope of work includes demolition of HVAC equipment and ductwork in several areas of the facility. Installation of new HVAC equipment and ductwork in designated areas of the facility. Installation of the electrical provision required for the new HVAC equipment as part of this project. Architectural improvements include removing and replacing gypsum board at three office spaces to allow for the installation of batt insulation, and new frame gypsum board ceiling at office 221. It also includes patching, retexturing, and repainting walls and ceiling at the lab area and fire rated walls, and replacing and properly attaching roof and wall liner fabric insulation that is missing or damaged throughout the shop/lab building.
