FM 2499 Corridor Maintenance Contract

Sealed bids in duplicate addressed to the City of Highland Village, Texas, for the FM 2499 Corridor Maintenance Contract, for the City of Highland Village, Texas, hereinafter called "the Project" to be maintained in accordance with the exhibits, specifications and contract documents prepared by the City of Highland Village, will be received at the Office of the City Secretary of the City of Highland Village, Texas, at 1000 Highland Village Road, Highland Village, Texas 75077, until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Bids received by the appointed time will be opened thereafter and read aloud. Any bids received after closing time will be returned unopened.

Each bidder shall place the following words on the outside of the envelope in which the bid is contained:

Exhibits, specifications and bidding documents may be examined or acquired from the office of the City of Highland Village Parks & Recreation beginning at Noon, Monday, February 3, 2025. The right is reserved by the City to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. The City reserves the right to select any bid or combination of bids that will best serve the interests of the City.

The Bidder (Proposer) must supply all the information required by the Proposal Form.

No officer or employee of the City of Highland Village shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the City of Highland Village.
