This software is used to monitor performance and up/down status for multiple JFS applications including OJI , RCExpress, CFIS, Source, SACWIS and SETS R. Monitoring alerts are generated and sent to appropriate OIS staff to research when there is a problem with the application. We want to be proactive in resolving and prevent learning about an outage from a program office or Ohio citizen.
