Project Description: The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the Project includes water distribution system upgrades, Phase 1C, for the community of Larsen Bay, AK. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. As noted in Specification Section 01 10 00, 1.5 A, contractor shall have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with the construction of water mains, rock excavation, pressure testing, and pipe disinfection.
Estimated Cost Range:
Owner anticipates that the Work’s total bid price will be approximately $1,500,000 – $3,000,000.
Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of September 30, 2026 and final completion date of October 31, 2026.
Award Statement:
Award will be based on the total of all items listed on the Bid Form.
