Architectural & Engineering Services UMC Associate's Parking Garage

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is for the selection of an Architect on behalf of EL PASO COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT d/b/a UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER OF EL PASO, (hereinafter UMC). UMC seeks a qualified firm to provide Architectural and Engineering services for the design and construction for a new multistory parking garage for UMC Associates. The intent is to engage the qualified Architectural firm (Architect) to work under the direction of the Assistant Administrator of Planning Design and Construction through the completion of the Projects. The Assistant Administrator of Planning, Design and Construction is responsible for the overall management of the 2025 UMC General Obligation Bond Implementation Program including contract administration, coordination with other UMC team members, community/education, communication with stakeholders, etc.
Reference Exhibit A for Scope of Work. The selection of the firm will be at the sole discretion of UMC about which Offeror’s Proposal provides the best value to UMC based on the evaluation factors set forth in Section 4 herein.
