Summary
Ironhouse Sanitary District is requesting bids from qualified contractors
The project work consists of removing and replacing-in place the existing 6-inch PVC gravity sewer, and reconnecting all existing sewer laterals along Redwood Sewer Drive between OT328 and OT329.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, temporary facilities, bypass pumping, traffic control, excavation support, testing, restoration, permits, and incidentals required to complete the improvements shown on the Plans and specified in the Contract Documents
Background
This is a CUPCCAA bid subject to prevailing wage requirements. All qualified contractors are invited to bid on this solicitation. Contractors not currently listed on the District’s Informal CUPCCAA Contractors List must complete and submit the Contractor Registration Form included in the Attachments section and receive District approval prior to submitting a bid.
This solicitation will be administered electronically through OpenGov. Contractors are responsible for reviewing all solicitation documents, plans, specifications, addenda, and other attachments made available through OpenGov. Questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted through OpenGov, and all bids must be submitted electronically through the platform prior to the stated bid deadline.

restoration.

bid security, bonding, insurance, and electronic bid submission through OpenGov.
6. Questions and Clarifications - Contractors may ask general questions during the meeting. Formal
