The City of Charlotte invites qualified firms to submit proposals for managing the Eviction Debt Loan Program. This program is designed to address eviction-related barriers to housing stability by assisting individuals facing eviction or burdened by eviction-related debt.

Scope of WorkThe selected firm will:
- Oversee program setup, client intake, eligibility assessments, and fund disbursement.
- Manage loan agreements, repayments, and compliance reporting.
