PURPOSE:



This is an invitation for all small business concerns interested in conducting business with the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, to join us for the Region 6 Steady State Industry Day on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will host an unclassified Industry Day for Steady State Operations to provide an overview of FY25 forecasted steady state procurements. This event aims to assist industry partners (potential vendors) in comprehending the Government’s needs, requirements, considerations, and to share pertinent information that may be of interest to the local industries and beyond.

Due to recent changes in Department of Homeland Security (DHS) travel policy, the In-Person portion of the FEMA Region 6 Facilities Support Services Industry Day in Denton, TX has been canceled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, especially for those who have made travel arrangements to attend in-person. The webinar event date has been rescheduled to Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM Central Stanrd Time. If you have already registered for the webinar, you will not need to re-register. PLEASE NOTE:

1. Corporate names, individuals’ titles, and email addresses of attendees will be made public in order to facilitate opportunities for subcontracting, teaming arrangements, joint ventures and networking among attendees, including in an amendment to the Region VI Steady State Industry Day announcement on https://SAM.gov.

2. Please submit a digital copy of your firms’ capabilities statement via email to both the R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov and LRO-acquisitions@fema.dhs.gov inboxes before the day of the event.

3. A detailed agenda and schedule will be provided at a later date.
