Other Specifications

• DNS must be able to resolve agilefleet.com and any of its subdomains.

• Outbound internet must allow access to agilefleet.com and any of its subdomains and openvpn.com and any of its subdomains.

• The first NIC is required for the LAN connection, and the second NIC is required to connect the key box to the kiosk. A USB based network adaptor may be used if a second NIC is unavailable.

• DHCP is preferred, but a static IP address can be used. The IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, and DNS address information is required for the static IP option.

• UDP: 1194 is the default protocol the VPN client installed on the kiosk. The VPN client will automatically fallback to TCP: 443 if UDP: 1194 is unavailable.

• The default NTP source is time.windows.com

1. Instructions to Bidders

a. The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Bureau of Office Services, is requesting price bids for the following items listed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) item list section. The bidder must supply a price for all items. Award will be made based on the lowest grand total price.

2. Delivery

a. Physical delivery location: DEP, RCSOB, 400 Market St, Harrisburg, PA 17105. Attention: Justin Miskolcze

b. Please include all costs including shipping/handling within the costs of the line items supplied, i.e. bid prices must be FOB destination. No additional costs will be allowed.

4. Bid Submission

a. All Bids must be submitted electronically through the Department of General Services’ (DGS) eMarketplace website. The eMarketplace website is located at http://www.emarketplace.state.pa.us. DEP is not responsible for the maintenance of the eMarketplace website.

b. DGS’s Supplier Service Center (https://www.dgs.pa.gov/Materials-Services-Procurement/Supplier-Service-Center/ Pages/default.aspx) is available to assist vendors with registration, bidding, and account management. 5. Estimated Quantities

a. The quantities contained in the IFB section are estimated only and may increase or decrease dependent upon the needs of DEP. Ancillary items may be added to this acquisition (purchase order) at the discretion of both parties at a mutually agreed upon price.

b. Payment to the contractor shall be made within approximately 30 business days after invoice receipt at the unit bid price for the quantities supplied.

6. Requirements

a. See (page 1 of this specification) item list section for listing of parts.

b. Kioware is the requested manufacturer for all items contained in this bid. Substitution responses will not be accepted.

7. Award

a. Award will be made to the responsible responsive bidder based on the lowest grand total price.

b. Bidders are required to complete and return the “Reciprocal Limitations Form” electronically attached to the IFB file. Reference see Title 62 Pa C.S. Section 107.
