Synopsis:
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC), Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources, interest, and capability to provide the Geomembrane Covers in accordance with the [ ] attached drawings and/or [X] statement of work.
This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
Please complete the attached “Questionnaire for Industry” Word document and return it via email to michelle.a.farrales.civ@us.navy.mil no later than September 17, 2026.
