Project Description: Richland County is soliciting for Contractors that can conduct work that includes pavement removal by milling, excavation of existing crushed aggregate base stone, installation of new drainage infrastructure, asphalt
paving, installation of new concrete approach aprons for existing T-hangar bays, site grading, erosion control, relocation of existing edge lighting and pavement markings. This project may be funded, in whole or in part, by a grant from the federal goverment. All federal regulations apply.
