Amendment 0007 is issued to provide revised Pricing Schedule, add RFO 52.222-90, and updated spec sheets. Amendment 0006 is hereby issued to provide Section 31 63 26 Drilled Caissons. In addition, a second site visit has been scheduled. The Due Date for Volumes II and III remains 8 May 2026 at 1400 CDT. Amendment 0005 is hereby issued to review Section 00 21 16 to provide the new Bidders Key for Volumes II and III. The due date for Volumes II and III is not extended. Amendment 0004 is issued to provide the 100% RTA specs and extend the due date for Volumes II and III to 8 May 2026 at 1400 CST. Amendment 0003 is hereby issued to provide the Construction Safety Plan, dated 31 August 2024. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. FY26 BOMBER AGILE COMMON HANGAR - TINKER AIR FORCE BASE (TAFB), OK TULSA DISTRICT HAS BEEN TASKED TO SOLICIT FOR AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 4-DOCKHANGAR AT TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. THIS WILL BE SOLICITED AS A COMPETITIVE, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT PROCURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 15, NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, USING THE BIFURCATED BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF PROCESS. THE BIFURCATED BEST VALUE PROCESS MEANS THAT A PORTION OF TECHNICAL PROPOSALS WILL BE DUE FIRST AND EVALUATED. BY AMENDMENT, REQUESTS FOR PRICING AND SMALL BUSINESS INFORMATION WILL SUPPORT THE FINAL EVALUATION. IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFARS 236.204(F) DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, THE ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $250,000,000 AND $500,000,000.
