Project Description: The City of Dallas is seeking to establish a 6-month contract for an employee training program on innovative solutions, creating and designing Dallas Love Field Pilot Innovation Program. This program will train and provide training materials to develop an innovative culture and create solutions for better planning, efficiency, and effectiveness. The proposer will design and train the trainers in Innovation & Quality (IQ) Division at Dallas Love Field on location and online through virtual meetings and workshops.
