RFI: Mobility and Digital Information Service Hub (DISH) Program

The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Information (the “RFI”) for the Mobility and Digital Information Service Hub Program. RFI Purpose:

This Request for Information (RFI) was developed to learn and identify potential options, elements and considerations that can play a role and contribute to a broader citywide Mobility DISHs strategy that could include but not limited to hardware, structures, software, digital content, investment and revenue sharing models, and other solutions that can that are fair and sustainable that can be leveraged to help bring these concepts to life and equitably connect the public to a diverse array of meaningful mobility options. Denver encourages both new and established firms, consortiums, partnerships and other organizations to bring forth and share ideas for co-creation, collaboration, and innovation for these hubs through specific components or a comprehensive collection of services that would fit within a Mobility DISHs.

DOTI is inviting interested parties to submit innovative concepts related to the development of a self-sustaining Mobility and Digital Information Service Hub (Mobility DISH) Program throughout Denver.

Questions Deadline: July 31, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time.

RFI responses are due no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, August 8, 2025, and will ONLY be received and accepted through www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti .
