Project Description: Salt Lake County (County) is soliciting proposals from qualified general contractors to provide construction services to Salt Lake County for the Midvale Campus Renovation (Project) located at 799 W Coliseum Way, Midvale, UT. This solicitation is the first stage of a Two-Stage Bidding process. Stage I will involve the short-listing of general contractors based on the selection criteria outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). 2-5 general contractors (Contractors) who are selected to advance pursuant to this RFQ shall be allowed to submit bids for Stage II of the selection process. The Stage II award will subsequently be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
