Solicitation No. 75H70725Q00097 is hereby issued by Albuquerque Area Office, Indian Health Service (IHS), who has a requirement to provide CS-2500 equipment and supply for the laboratory department at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico.

This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced offers from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns, as second (2nd) tiers.

The solicitation document incorporated by provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
