It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to purchase Mattresses, Institutional Mattress with Integrated Pillow for the City of Philadelphia's Department of Prisons in accordance with Section 2 of this Invitation and Bid. All quotes must be submitted through PHLContracts no later than 10:30 AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will not be accepted after the bid opening. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that its quote is submitted in a timely manner.
