Town of Blackfalds
The Town of Blackfalds will be procuring a new financial ERP System to carry out all required operational functions for a Canadian Municipality. The current ERP system, Diamond GP is approaching end of life. The goal is to improve the overall financial management capabilities, operational efficiency, and enhancing reporting capabilities. The successful proponent will be capable of full system configuration and customization of a fully scalable cloud-based ERP system for growth. Future growth potential to move forward with paperless protocols, electronic processing, and simplified integrations with City Wide (TCA), Questica Budget (Euna), and Perfect Mind. The ERP system will meet the current business needs of the Town and align with Town policies and procedures The Proponent will be responsible for full system deployment, including, but not limited to, system implementation, integrations with multiple systems, data migration, system testing, training, and support services.
