This Work includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required to complete the construction of the Mill Creek Trestle Bridge and Culvert Replacement.

The Work includes, but is not limited to the following:
1. Mobilization and demobilization
2. Road Closures
3. Traffic accommodation and staging
4. Work Site management including temporary construction facilities, security, and protection
of existing Utilities
5. Water management
6. Environmental protection during all stages of construction
7. Excavation – structural and channel
8. Removal and disposal of existing structures
9. CIP Piling
10. Supply and installation of heavy rock riprap
11. Abutments
12. Girder erection
13. Backfill - granular and non-granular
14. Approach slab concrete pour(s)
15. Installation of bridge rail, guardrail and impact attenuator
16. Timber trestle bridge complete with concrete foundations
17. Roadway removals
18. Roadway subgrade grading
19. Roadway granular base grading
20. Bridge and roadway asphalt concrete paving
21. Naturalization
22. Topsoil and seeding
23. Work Site cleanup
24. Warranty and maintenance
