This requirement is for Public Services Commission of Canada
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under TSPS SA E60ZT-18TSPS who qualify under Tier 1 in the National Capital Commission area and for the following streams: Steam 2 and Stream 3.
Description of the Requirement:
The Public Service Commission (PSC) requires the services of two (2) Senior Financial Specialists, two (2) Intermediate Financial Specialists, and one (1) Senior Business Consultant. The selected resources will conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of the PSC’s funding models, including but not limited to Vote Netted Revenues, A-base funding, and cost recovery mechanisms. The objective is to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in financial sustainability, service delivery efficiency, and strategic resource allocation.
The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/11/28.
