Steel/Carbide Cutting Edges

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is wishing to enter into an Individual Standing Offer Agreement for Flexible Carbide Inserted Cutting Edges.

This Standing Offer Agreement shall permit the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to purchase on an "as and when" required based the services listed at the price quoted.
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for a period of 12 months, with an option to extend. Based on mutual agreement of the parties, the Agreement may be extended for up to two (2) x sequential 12-month extension periods, reviewed each year. The maximum duration of the Agreement, including all potential extension periods, shall be three (3) years.
If a Contracted Supplier declines to accept an extension period, the Province reserves the right to extend the Agreement on a month-by-month basis, for up to six (6) months to ensure continuity of service while the Province procures a replacement supplier.
