Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for:
Vines High School Systems & Compliance Project
SCOPE OF WORK:
This is approximately 137,000 SF of renovations which includes but is not limited to: installation of security film at exterior glazing, security system, flooring finishes, new wall finishes for gymnasium, athletic equipment, athletic bleachers, toilet stall partitions, structural modifications for mechanical equipment, roof repair for mechanical equipment, new HVAC controls, new RTUs, new electrical panelboards, demolition of existing dust collection, demolition of air compression systems and demolition of existing chiller.

Estimated Budget - $3 ,969,000 and $189,000 owner's contingency
